Canon pre - production: Logistical elements

Resource list

This is the resource list, I have added all of the equipment needed. I don't need a lot as I already have the pictures that I need for my front cover already but I have this equipment in case I needed them. I also used this type of equipment when I was taking these pictures. As I own all of this equipment it means I can take images whenever I need to which is helpful. 


Personnel list

As I am the only one working on this project it means that I am responsible for all of the jobs needed to create this project. This means that I would need to use time management if I don't it could mean that I could overwork myself and I would feel pressure and stress.


Contributors release form 


I am the only one who is doing this project, which means that I don't need any background actors. Also as this is a front cover about Travel it means that I wouldn't need anyone as I would just want locations or tourist spots on my front cover. 

Location release


As my front cover is going to be based on travel I did not have just one location. I added the Sunderland Council and if I do need to add more images it means that I can take them in Sunderland. This means that I can add in the element that taking a picture in your home town is good as well as taking pictures abroad. This can also indicate that certain places in your town are photographic. 


Location scouting sheet


This is the same as the location release form, as I have already taken the pictures which means that I am not there anymore. I did take pictures of places that I would have permission for such as tourist spots and public places. This means that I wouldn't need permission as people were doing the same and using their pictures for their own purposes. 


Risk assessment


This is my risk assessment, I have added all of the possible risks that could and could have happened while making this product. As I have taken pictures of the places I had already been to it means that I would have taken care of myself to not get myself in any difficult and harmful situations.

Monday:
morning - paperwork - look through what I have already done

Afternoon - Edit design one 

Tuesday: 
Morning - Edit design two 
Afternoon - Edit design three 

Wednesday:
Check all 3 designs, and add anything missing 

Friday:
paperwork 

Most of the photography parts have already been done as my idea is travel. This means that I don't need to take any more pictures. I am going to add a picture of Sunderland's Pier which I am going to get during sunset. This is because I want people to know how beautiful it is to travel around the world and how beautiful your home town is.

Evaluation

  Evaluation for editing the podcast The reason I edited the podcast like this was that I knew that I wanted to add text to show the questions and the important information. This was important as if people who are watching the podcast would know what type of information is more important and could imply to them. I also knew that keeping the podcast simplistic was important as having loads of text and pop-ups that I had before the feedback made the podcast look more like a YouTube video. I also knew before editing the podcast that I needed it to be chatty and keep in all of the information that was needed, as a podcast is about talking. As my audience is 16-20 years old I thought that this style of editing would fit well.  Overall I am very happy with the final product of my podcast. I have added everything I wanted to add and more. Production: Main project

  Starting editing process for podcast During the Christmas break, I started editing the podcast. I started importing the two clips and putting clip 1 onto the editing track. I went through the clip and added text for each question, with different templates for it to look appealing. I also throughout the editing process was cutting out some of the long pauses to make the podcast flow better. As I was going through the clip I was thinking about what I could add to make the podcast more engaging for views on YouTube. This would consist of zoom-in, text, music, and more. Some of the clips would fit with a certain style of editing and engagement to make the video flow. The overall vibe of the podcast is to make important information less serious so people who struggle with fitness and health, in general, would make them feel less stressed about what information we are talking about.
